Well.. I can do this in a pretty formal manner but the excitement contains all the formality and all I’m waiting now is to re-unite with Gulshan, Rajesh(the Crazum-Drum guy) and Tanu at Hyderabad and create magic. It’s been quite a long time since I even met these guys as I shifted to Mumbai to work for India’s biggest MBA site and these guys at or against will were left back in Bangalore.

I must mention here a few things: The day we got a confirmation from IIIT-Hyderabad that we’ll be performing, I heard the same excitement in Gulshan’s voice as was maybe.. some 15 months ago (the last we performed together, sigh!). And well, we’ve gone places together and I’m pretty sure his abilities have only multiplied in all this while that we dint play together.

Another moment of truth: Rajesh (Long haired guy, extreme left) has never played with Jamgully, but I’ve seen this crazy guy practicing the most basic of those beats very, very diligently since the first day the set of drums made big room in his rather smaller one, which of course was of course, next to mine. I’m sure he’s gonna rock!

We’ll all watch out for Tanu and hope she steps on the stage with her really charming voice. There’s a huge surprise for us when she does

And now the great addition: Prabudh has joined in and It’ll be glad to have him with us for the first time. Most of us have never heard him but his fingers sure spread magic not only on the keyboard but over anyone who hears any rendition by him…

Let’s just say it’s gonna be a great time we’re going to share on stage after a long time and everyone’s gonna enjoy every moment.. hopefully
