As Jamgully goes live(again!!) on sunday,19th …i think this is the best time to write few words here ……we had a small practice session today at the campus …and …I must say the energy level was perhaps the best I have seen in jamgully for a long time…..it might be because of the new 4 piece cymbal set i am playing on …or because we are happy to see and play with Manju after a long time…..we finally finalized on the songs we are going to play tommorow …and are little excited to play our own compositions…it will be firrst time we will be playing our Brand new composition ‘Sajni’….we dont know what to expect from the crowd…..well i dont have much to put here today ..as the real thing is tommorow,so expect a lot more from us in comming days ….

should’ve mentioned this before!

Yesterday (2nd of march) was a long day and unusually for a sunday, started very early! We had decided to do a photography session for the website; thanx to Binoj, Rajesh and Vishwa!

Here’s the catch! Gulshan was on time! :p and everything started on (or around) time. So now the location.. Binoj and Rajesh took us the famous H.S.R Banyan tree which was in-fact a very good idea. Also, while returning we stopped by this mini Ganesh temple and this spot proved to be a very nice place for some pics.

I’ll have to admit I looked like a kid amongst the others..

So we started off in style at Barista, 80 ft. Rd.

I guess people liked our sound.. hmm.

though there were backlogs.. should’ve checked sound arrangement beforehand cause the softer songs were’nt travelling. guess we’ll learn with time The guitars sounded great! Sampath as usual with his immaculate leads and skills and Gulshan with the rhythm and variation(s)!

More developments happen as people enthusiastic and passionate with music decide to give it a shot at joining in for a groovy weekend jam session (after all, that’s what we are all about, are’nt we? )
